Subject: A new List

To anybody who is truly interested in discussing Nietzsche. There is another
N. discussion list at Dartmouth. While I am a member of this list, I have
never actually received a posting from them. As far as i can deduce no one
actually uses it. I have sent posting asking if there is even anbody
listening and have received no reply. Perhaps that list is better moderated
than this one. Nintey percent of the discussion on this list, has nothing to
do with N. at all. Most of it is just the rambling of individuals (who I am
sure have nothing better to do), who are interested in demeaning,
antagonizing, and insulting other members of this list. This is improper and
acheives nothing. I have to believe that a good number of you are very
interested in N. and are interested in rational intellegent discussion of the
writing and teachings of N. It is shamnefull that the rest of us even put up
with this.
If no one wants to join the other list, I will have to continue with this
list and just begin to delete the postings of certain members without reading
them. The only problem is that dosn't lleave much.. I hope that this is
because others like myself see no point in even responding to the postings of
these member. Let us police ourselves by ignoring this loud few. I am sure
that sombody will respond to this with some rude comment. Go ahead. It will
just show how small and isignficant you are.
