We do not see the symbolism of the Tree - or of any other metaphor.  The
becoming-child is not arborescent, but rhizomatic.  In the words of N
you quote - " a self propelled wheel-you shall create a creator". The
circle is arborescent, the flight rhizomatic.  One proscribes Life to
the past as repetition of the same.  But it is a mystical illusion.  The
same never repeats.  The other, well...that is another story.
