Or it's some combination of all of three. In other words, there are all kinds of power. Then there are those who have little political power or fame during their lifetime, but exert a lot of influence over posterity. It is possible that Nietzsche is more well read today than he was during his lifetime. I think it is this cultural power that N is advocating. With respect to who is fit to rule, are you saying that acquiring money is equal to fitness to rule? What about other acquisitions?
