You bring up several interesting points in portions of your post that I've not
quoted for this reply, but sometimes I wonder if you don't mean D when you say
N and vice versa. I also wonder about your chronology.  The Idiot was written
in 1868, more than 20 years before Bros. K.  Bros K was D's last book.
Nietzsche never read Bros. K, or so they say.  But N's madness did not come
until ten years after Bros. K began to be serialized and eight years after it
appeared between hard covers.
