From: "John T. It is a primer, indeed, an instruction manual of sorts for guiding this emergent phenomenon. Who among us, my friends, cannot sense the fateful shift of power away from the decadent Washington-New York axis to the garrison outposts of the becoming imperium. Here, in remote corners scattered throughtout the far flung imperium, a more robust, more psychically healthy will-to-power has begun to ruthlessly seek its historical destiny. 'here the prospect free, the spirit exalted' - But there is an opposite kind of man who is also on the heights and for whom the prospect is also free - buth who looks down. BGE 286 My question is this - what is the essence of this spirit? Is it an atavistic recurrence? What drives men to slip the hot-house bonds of a decadent civilization rather than succumbing to its siren call? Zarathustra going under... the world as spoil... The Becoming Imperium... John T.
