Subject: UeberMensch versus Hoeheren Mensch

I have an opinion question more than a hard core Nietzsche
philosophy question.

Why the fascination of the UeberMensch of readers to the near
exclusion of the Hoeherern Mensch. Very few people discuss Nietszche's
theory of the Hoeheren Mensch (especially in comparison to the
Uebermensch). Why do people think that is? A fortiori, do we (the
philosophical community) think there is a greater socio-philosophical
insight in Nietzsche's concept of the Uebermensch in comparison to the
Hoeheren Mensch?
