I think that Nietzsche's answer to the overman in a few words would be a 
marriage between Physiology and Philosophy, I didn't mention will to power, 
because Will to Power is something that we cannot acquire, because Nietzsche 
himself said we are Will To Power. In other words Will To power is not a 
physical thing or a mental thing, we are that thing. Another thing that 
blocks us from getting will to power is
this--> "Tiredness" we must avoid it at all cost. tiredness is the # 1 enemy 
of knowledge and will to power.
