Thank you for writing this.  I have been on this list for over 2 years and
just did not have the time or energy to write a response to him.  But, I
had never considered the serious students and scholars that might have been
turned away by this Fascist-minded thinking and am grateful to you for any

Fascism, it is a great study of the rise of Fascism in Germany in the

Now that we are back to a normal list, I have been reading quite a bit by
and about Adorno and I think that his connection to Nietzsche is very
interesting and I think that Habermas should just shut up concerning the
Frankfurt school, but anyway does anyone know much about this connection?
If not I will lead a discussion on Ideology, Mythology, and the reified man
I have tomorrow off and can post some interesting stuff.
