but despite, or should we say, because of?, all those degrees of mental
ineptitude, you have retained that infantilized oedipal urge to vomit
your achievements, without even the glee of an ape who beats his chest? 
One thing is sure: neither of us over here, who have taught, that is
right, taught, at the Faculty of Medicine of a 'most prestigious'
institution, would have passed you in the first year, let alone in
graduate studies.  Shame on your supervisors!!  Just watch the way you
'think', 'compose', 'spell', 'write', 'articulate'(?), and one would be
hard put to see the value of any 'superior education', even in science.
