what appears historically evident is that empires die at their own hands - romans employ barbarians, barbarians double-cross them, empire falls. perhaps we're bearing witness to an identical series of event as relates to modern-day america - the USA funds terroristic forces (Noreiga, Hussien, bin Laden, etc), then they double-cross and seek the american empire's fall. its fascinating to see how many 'new allies' the US is employing in its 'war on terrorism' - Pakistan, for example. or what about the NSA hackers filtering this e-mail (because it has the key-words 'ALLAH' 'BOMB' 'KILL THE PRESIDENT' 'ISLAM' and 'HIJACK' in it)? will they one day bite the hand that feeds them causing an economic collapse (well within their abilities)? we shall wait and see ..... :kev
