I did think the whole point of George Trail's posts was to be a kind
of identification game.  It would ruin the game if he labelled the
texts.  Even if one cannot spot the poet right away, guessing based
on one's sense of the style or thematic focus would be not just a 
game but a useful exercise.  (Ever give identification tests?  I
always hated taking them, but once I was fortunate enough to write
such a convincing description of the reasons why I incorrectly 
identified a poem as perhaps pre-Raphaelite, perhaps Rossetti or
Morris, that I was given credit for the answer even though it was
off by 2 centuries.)
