Pat Sloane asked "So what <is> the root of logos philosophy?"  I answered 
first in terms of the trans-cultural nature of the insight that there is 
order in nature, and then in terms of what it might mean do say that 
there is mind in nature. Leonardo Raggo took a different approach and 
showed us how the concept of a logos as a purposeful discourse or story 
has flowed though intellectual history.  I have no disagreements with 
Leonardo's comments, but they do show that "logos philosophy" can mean 
many different things.

I think that Pat needs to tell us what she had in mind.
