OK. So you have the mind like a steel trap and the perfessers who think they
know everything (but don't know nuthin') have the steel butts.  I still don't
understand why this is a central issue in your posts, what you want, or why
the steel mind keeps snapping like a peevish chiuaua.  

How would justice best be served in your case? What should be taken away from
the undeserving iron-butt PhDs? What should be given to you as the more
worthy party?  a better job? money? recognition? what?
