John is merely using a particualry psuedo hip verbiage reminiscent of
"Zippy" to get his points across. When he has a point - the words can be
quite amusing. When he doesn't, it merely sounds foolish.

As with most forms of expressive reaching - failure tends to be its own
punishment.
