Interesting! You make Miller sound rather ahead of his time. Not that I'm
disagreeing with you.... -- But just note how many extremely common traits
of later-20C educated people you have listed. Maybe *that's* a reason to
read him carefully!

[Aside: Maybe minimizing direct criticism of those who disagree with us
would serve us all well.]
