Won't work, on accounta the notion that there could _be_ such a thing as an
individual (a late 18th century romantic construct) is a capitalist ploy to
defuse the issue of social resposibility (If, after all, one is an
individual, then one takes responsibility for onesself, and the society
needs not). Or that's what it says in the book of cultural studies. Course
Mr. Marx gives one the non-ideological place to stand while one
deconstructs all this stuff.
