Nah, has the same defects as antistrophe. Refrains presume regular
repetition at given points.  "Repetition" is satisfactory, but it is so,
uh, mundane, and if you/I/we are going to coin a term we at least ought to
give it that proper academic stink.

Do you want your name tied to "polysemous repetition"? I didn't think so.
