What I have seen you repeatedly demonstrate on this list is that you do
not read well or carefully and that you are obtuse--you do not recognize
irony. If my prose style sounds "childish" to you, may I be so bold as
to suggest that that has less to do with my prose than your reading?  

This is called, Troy, a "rhetorical question."  It is not meant to be
answered. I am fairly confident, nevertheless, that you will reply, but
I am at least equally confident that you will not provide an answer.
