Subject: PLC: Capillary Power

Chers,

Its Christmas Eve and I am finally digging out from the semester.

I wonder if anybody out there can help me with Foucault's idea of Capillary
Power. I have the pages from Power/Knowledge, but am wondering (again) who
has been doing work on the subject. My sense is that capillary power is a
way of reformulating Marxian ideas of hegemony, but that's pretty much a
guess for now. Can anybody throw me some help on this?

With thanks, as always, in advance,

Michael
