Subject: Re: [postanarchism] Zizek Sells Out to Abercrombie and Fitch

I'm thinking that the concept of "selling out" belongs to morality in that someone is said to be backing the wrong "side." The concept of selling out also seems to belong to a transcendant ontology, since a judgment is being made (from a necessarily external place) about the proper places of things in a hierarchy. In an immanent ontology as described by Deleuze, on the other hand, I believe it's a question of whether being is interfering with or supporting becoming. What's disappointing to me about Zizek's choice is that it feels like a missed opportunity, that he let being stifle becoming when he could have used being to launch becoming.
