David Icke probably has little to say about anarchism or poststructuralism,
and less about anything with redeeming value. But to exclude a participant
for making a few sympathetic comments about a writer who otherwise has
dangerous beliefs would be a terrible mistake. I made a few silly comments
on this list a few months ago and if I were kicked off at that point I would
be fairly upset. People, especially writers and theorists, are more often
misunderstood than not. Judging from all the emails David Icke has compelled
list members to write, perhaps discussing his work should not warrant
censorship. Some of the best discussions are with those we don't like or are
even interested in speaking to. There are other ways of disassociating with
list members.
