oh come on now - there's no reason why people just can't go and rip a copy
off from a big, fat corporate bookstore like barnes and nobles and
borders. i'm sure that some of them are sure to carry it, right - or at
least in NYC and the larger cities next to bigger markets. and besides -
that way the  book company and saul get money, the shitty corporate store
loses money, you get a nice shiny new copy of the book - and the world is
a brighter, happier place - or at least is a little closer to such.
