Again, I think "enarchy" is a best term for charactizering the actual activities and natures taking place today, and is more forward-looking than "post-anarchy". As a philosopheme, it brings with it cache, horizon, etc. Theory ought to mirror reality rather than being an exerize in the capitalism of voices and hermeneuts most capable of making ill-suited concepts fit.
