this article definitely goes in the "silly" file.  what could have been a 
useful critique of postmodernism-as-lifestylism is made ridiculous by the lack of 
any ability to distinguish the serious and the literal from irony, the 
metaphor, exaggeration, salesmanship, and just plain boloney.  weiss hears kroker 
and a few art-school punk kids go "boo," and thinks he's seen a real ghost.  
(the hysterical tone he assumes when describing women wearing nose rings and 
"men's Doc Martens" is telling.)
