Subject: Poco and Human Rights

Am trying to address the issue of cultural particularity, notions of
difference, self determination etc, and "Universal" Human Rights discourse.

Does anyone know of any writings specifically on point?

Can an analysis of human rights be conducted within a post-colonial
framework?

I'm not suggesting the two positions are 'necessarily' in conflict...in
fact at present I'm not suggesting anything!

However, what do "others" think.

Regards.

David
