Yes, Ron!  That is precisely what happens:  When someone with Pegasus
reads a message generated by Pegasus, with the RCPT request turned on,
the RCPT is sent to +all 500 list members+.  (No loop.)  Ordinarily,
the developers of the software must have reasoned, the RCPT would go
only to the person who wrote the post, and h/she would then know how
many folks, and what sort, constituted h/her audience.  But since we
distribute the posts, the message goes out over the list to everyone.
The reason I keep asking you about South Africa is (1) most of the
messages generating RCPT responses originate in Capetown, and (2) so
far as I can tell, virtually all of the posts you folks down-under are
not getting also come from Capetown.
