This is an NEH (National Endowment for the Humanities) seminar for six
weeks to be housed at SOAS for "College Teachers." Seminar directors are
my husband Reed Dasenbrock and myself. The seminar is meant to provide
research and discussion in a relatively new area of study for faculty in
colleges and non- Phd granting institutions or faculty at major
universities who are not on the tenure track. The purpose is to
facilitate research and discussion for individuals who normally do not
have access to research materials or to certian kinds of research
materials. The reading list is too long for me to go ahead and post here.
there is an application booklet to be comleted by March !st. I don't do
the selections. there is a selection committee. Normally twelve
participants are selected. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or residents
or no U.S. residents who have taught for three years at a U.S.
University. Deadline is March 1st. If you want more description and
application materials please e- mail me immediately. Feroza Jussawalla
