The last exchange on Spivak-Ngugi was a nightmare to read because of
excessive quoting. Please, when you answer a previous message don't just
hit your "reply" button and quote the whole thing unless it's absolutely
necessarily. Judiciously choose what you want to refer to in the previous
message. This last batch had quote within quote within quote . . .

If you don't know how to delete unwanted material from a quotation, consult
with someone local who knows your mailer. It's usually a trivial matter.
