Well,
since "gibberish spewing 'empire trash'" hardly qualifies as a precise 
definition, I am not sure if Julia Kristeva, Homi Bhabha, or Gayatri 
Spivak fall within this domain.  But Radhakrishnan works with their ideas 
and seems quite favorably disposed to certain "postmodern" concepts in 
his articles "Post-Colonialism and the limits of Identity"(I'm not sure 
if this is the exact title) Callalooo, 
and another article on Jesse Jackson's Rainbow Coaliton published several 
years back in MELUS.
