You might keep your eyes open for a volume edited by Emmanuel Eze, on Blackwell's, called (last time I saw) _Philosophy and the Postcolonial: African Philosophy in North America_. Its not out yet, but should be in a couple of months. Tsenay has a paper in it, and I also have a paper in it which in part deals with his work. There may be others as well - Robert Bernasconi, I think, has something in there too, which likely will take up hermeneutics.
