Hi Jon,

I haven't read Taussig's "Devil and Commodity Fetishism...", but do you
have anything to share in your reading of his "Shamanism, Colonialism, and
the Wild Man..."?  I have not gone on to the healing section, but the
terror one is wonderfully written and powerfully presented.  The healing
section should be the most important, I believe.
