Salil,
    Read your post regarding Indian and Pakistani writers. I'm wondering if
you know of any contemporary Pakistani films in English.  I'm working on a
project that focuses on Pakistani people who were born and/or raised outside
the country (mainly in North America but perhaps in Europe).  I wanted to
look at certain issues, such as the cross-cultural "experience" and the
problem of identity, through film analysis.  Do you know of any Pakistani
film?   So far, I've only got "My Beautiful Laundrette" and "Sammy and
Rosie".
I'd appreciate any help!
