	I couldn't read your attached file, but you can find references to
excrement and urine in Paul Scott's Raj Quartet. You can also find an
analysis of these references in Weinbaum, Paul Scott: A Critical Study
(Austin, University of Texas Press, 1992), especially in the Chapter on
psychological defenses in the Raj Quartet. Also read the last chapter for
India and the full life of the body and their relation to Scott.
