Subject: Re: Lyotardian sublime

I don't know much about the political live of Lyotard, but it seems to be
typical for many discussions about contemporary philosophers, to introduce
arguments concerning their everyday-life: Every evening he is looking to a
left-wing channel on french television. 1972 he was on a demonstration against
racism in Lyon.
Perhaps the reason is, that it is so difficult to analyse the relations
between arguments and political problems. The stories sometimes remember of
modern myths like: Last week a friend of mine came home with an exotic plant
and when he watered it, a terrible spider jumped out and attacked him...
Excuse my terrible English
Mathias
