The essay is in Margins of Philosophy (1972) - it is more of a 
critique of metaphysics than of post-colonialism. But then 
what is post-colonialism? Is Derrida a post-colonial writer? 
I tend to think he is. Anyway. You will find the following useful - 
all by Derrida:

* "The Laws of Reflection: Nelson Mandela in Admiration", in For 
Nelson Mandela (1987).
