Radhika:

Guess what you are refering to is a book and and not an article and
was published by Cornell Univ. Press if my memory serves me well.

To those who might find browsing the book a little too much, you may want
to check out his article which appeared in PMLA (January) 1995. Mohanty's
book develops most of the issues he touches upon in this article and it is
titled "Colonial Legacies, Multicultural Futures: Relativism, Objectivity,
and the Challenge of Otherness."
