Hi:

My recently released book, THE DANCE OF DEATH: NIGERIAN HISTORY AND
CHRISTOPHER OKIGBO'S POETRY (Africa World Press, 1998), is largely a
postcolonial meditation, but chapter five deals specifically with
postcoloniality as such. The book is available from AWP, 11-D Princess
Road, Lawrenceville, NJ.

I hope you'll find it useful in your course.
