DO NOT HIT THE REPLY BUTTON in a piece of spam mail. This has the effect of
confirming to the spammers' that yours indeed is a genuine email address.
They often send out thousands of emails with usernames taken at random to
various ISP's domain addresses without knowing the specific user names
(i.e., the part before the '-AT-'), and your reply gives them genuine addresses.

This "if you wish to be unsubscribed, please send a reply with 'Remove' in
the body of the message" is a trick.
