Well - looks like everyone is busy elsewhere - so we didn't get too many 
flames so far. But I think you should let your room-mate know that she 
could get into trouble playing these practical jokes online. 
And I certainly don't appreciate the fact that she chose the 
postcolonial list as a site for her practical jokes, but thank you for 
apologizing for her even though it is not your fault that your roommate 
is immature. 

FYI-  This list has nearly 700 members.
