Literature and Culture, is currently accepting submissions.

Monsoon welcomes unsolicited submissions of unpublished artwork,
autobiographical sketches, essays, fiction, interviews, photography, poetry,
reviews, and translations (as long as permission has been granted). We
consider manuscripts year-round and will reply on a first-received,
first-read basis. As an electronic journal, we prefer e-mail or
computer-file submissions, either as text in the e-mail or as an MS Word
Document. However, post-marked submissions will also be considered. We
