Bob,
I am in the process pf completing my PhD on the topic of "A postcolonial
perspective on distance education" On chapter is on the use of technology
in DE from a poco perspective. I have just written a chapte for a book that
is coming out early nexr year. The paper is called to be and not to be
technological. It tries to take a poco prespective on technology in DE. I
suppose I could send you the copy that I sent to the editors.
