In response to the willingness of the editor of scrutiny2 to post
Lawrence's article to the list, might I suggest posting it as a text file?
I have received Lawrence's article as an attached document, and I am unable
to read it because of software incompatibility.  

I thank Lawrence for even volunteering to send copies to us.
