I'm assuming you have read Butler's _Excitable Speech_ which makes 
some reference to the performance of race. Apart from that there are 
scattered references throughout Bhabha's work, in some of Laclau's 
work, though not so directly, and in Terry THreadgold's Feminist 
Poetics which looks at the performance of race, gender etc.
