It is amazing to see the comments of the gentleman critical of David Butz'
spelling of Labo(u)r Day.  The critic seems to think that Mr. Butz' initial
comments were directed solely to Americans.  I find nothing to support this,
as Mr. Butz' wish for a happy Labour Day was addressed "to all".  

In fact, the holiday is celebrated in Canada as well as the United States.  On
what basis, then, did the critic think the holiday wishes were directed solely
at people in the US...or was he trying to impose his own incorrect (for a
Canadian) spelling on the basis of ignorance of the existence of the Canadian
holiday?
