Lawrence,

I share your reservations regarding Bhabha's spatial metaphors, including
'Third Space', but find the reworking of the concept by the geographers
I cited, who use the term less metaphorically and more spatially, quite
provocative. I look forward to reading the piece you mention... I may not
be able to find the journal issue easily, and may take you up on your
offer to email a copy of the manuscript. David.
