Subject: Class and Colonialism

List,

I am just reading Jeffrey Weeks' fascinating chapter in Sex, Politics and
Society, on the formations of family and sexuality in 19th century Britain
and am struck by the centrality of class to his interpretations.

I was wondering if any of you could give me bibliographic info on
class-formation and its imbrication within colonial history.

Thanks in advance.

Best,
Radhika
