I think Wilson is "seeing" with the eyes of age...he is putting it all
together which for him means reconciling his Chrisitianity and his
scientism....he does a good job in creating a unifying perspective...from
where he sits...isn't this what many narrtives is all about....????

many scientists as they are reaching middle age and beyond are meta-ing
themselves...into what seems nested "realities"...
from an adult development/lifespan perspective this is very
interesting...and the implications for theory is I think important....if
most of postmodernism is in the 3rd space...then others must be working
their way through other spaces.....

the best to you all in what ever "spaces" you inhabit.......
