I've never taught it, but Randall Bass's anthology Border Texts (Houghton
Mifflin, 1999) contains a variety of perspectives--though far more
American people of color than writers from the rest of the world.  It does
take an overall approach that might loosely be described as "postcolonial"
(as the title suggests...).
