Subject: Ship narratives Date: Mon, 28 Aug 2000 01:58:36 -0400 Hi Everyone I am putting together a syllabus which looks at trans-oceanic journeys written by poco writers where a good portion of the narrative takes place on a ship. I have a list of the obvious suspects--Lamming, Hearne, Walcott, Danticat etc. I am trying to find other works (any genre, including history/theory) beyond Afro-Caribbean. Any suggestions? Thanks, Liz --- from list postcolonial-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
