"Narratives of Nation and the SP" ed. Ton Otto and Nicholas Thomas (Thomas
has quite a few works on this topic)
Ron Crocombe has a collection--something like The New SP
There's plenty on individual nations too...and Epeli Hau'ofa's collection
from USP..
